Anatomical and physiological changes that lead to a loss of youthfulness are identified, and aesthetic guidelines for achieving and restoring a pleasing symmetrical appearance are reviewed. The live injection video demonstrates techniques of injection and illustrates the contributions of injectable fillers when used to enhance the face.
- Facial Rejuvenation with Dermal Fillers: Advanced Techniques for Optimizing Aesthetic Outcomes and Safety
Join aesthetic dermatology experts, Drs. Danny Vleggaar, Susan Weinkle, and Kenneth Beer, for this online activity based upon the lectures and injection technique demonstration presented at the South Beach Symposium on February 12, 2009 in Miami Beach. During this 60-minute online activity, the faculty, who are all experts in facial rejuvenation, emphasize prevention and management strategies to address potential complications when using injectable products for facial rejuvenation. The videotaped injection session illustrates methods for facial assessment and provides insight into selecting the best injectable agents and combination techniques for specific patient issues.
